Shipping & Claims Policy
Damaged Shipments Returns or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally only authorized if the product arrives damaged. We maintain a strict All Sales Are Final policy to ensure the integrity and quality of our lab-grade compounds. Because our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to maintain maximum potency, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors.
How to File a Claim If your order arrives compromised, you must contact us at chemcenter@consultant.com within 48 hours of delivery. To have your claim considered, please provide:
- Evidence: Clear, high-resolution photos of the damaged packaging and the product itself.
- Order Information: Your order number and a brief description of the damage.
- Review Process: Once evidence is submitted, our team will review the claim with the manufacturer to determine the resolution.
Important Note: Claims submitted without photographic evidence or outside of the 48-hour delivery window will not be eligible for review.
